We plan for planning. Because the planning process involves external parties, Pi Group mitigates excessive job delays by integrating our planning department throughout the project lifecycle. As we await feedback from planning departments, we concurrently coordinate with utility servicers to ensure timely installation.

With an inhouse experienced construction management team, we retain more direct control of project timelines and bring superior projects to market. Cost saving is not the primary directive, our target is cost efficiency. We strive to obtain a multiple on every dollar invested in the project, while carefully weighing against holding costs.
